I got amazing value for my money at this hotel. It was cheap, clean, and conveniently located downtown. The room was spotless with crisp white linens and the staff went above and beyond, even allowing me to put a deposit on my debit card. They were super helpful, accommodating, and made my stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast experience could use some improvement.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. the large TV with Netflix was a bonus. the location was great as it was close to many places of interest, and the manager was very helpful in lending me his phone to make an urgent call.
The check-in process was not typical and we had to call to have someone come to the property to let us in. the Wi-Fi was slow, and the lack of air conditioning in one room made it extremely hot and uncomfortable.

I recently stayed at Toronto Rooms And Suites for a short business trip. The location in the center of China Town was ideal for my appointment. The whole place had a fresh look with new furniture, and my room was clean and comfortable. The friendly staff provided excellent customer service and were easily reachable by phone. The apartment concept with individual bathrooms was a great feature. a budget-friendly option for short stays.
I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff at this hotel were excellent and provided top-notch customer service. They were responsive and helpful in addressing any concerns or issues that arose during my stay. the location of the hotel was very convenient, with plenty of nearby dining and shopping options. The cleanliness of the rooms was also a standout feature, making it a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.
To my experience at this hotel. the lack of windows in the bedrooms was a drawback as it made the rooms feel a bit cramped and lacking natural light.

Great location, shame about the noise.
The downside was the noise. The walls, floors, ceiling, and doors were all very thin, and it felt like they were made of paper.

The location was great as it was close to the downtown and harbor areas, making it easy to explore the city. there were plenty of interesting local shops and eateries nearby which added to the experience.
Communication and check-in process was a bit confusing, and having to give advanced notice of our arrival time was frustrating. the room we stayed in didn't have a window, which made it feel a bit stuffy and closed-off.
